
Weekly one-on-one or semi private personal training sessions, workout programming for the entire month, and weekly check in to review goals and progress. Whether you are beginning your fitness journey or ready to take it to the next level, I can help you hone in on what is most important and together we can layout the path to get there. This program is focused on moving the body, aligning the mind and creating space in the heart for wherever we are.
Training sessions will be at the farm in Harwood, or can be done virtually in the comfort of your own space. This is a monthly package with a 6 month minimum commitment.
