Barbell Foundations Workshop
A small-group, hands-on coaching workshop designed for adults who want to learn the essential barbell lifts and train with confidence.
This 3–4 hour session focuses on proper setup, technique, and tension for the squat, hinge (deadlift), military and bench press. You’ll receive individualized coaching in a relaxed, supportive environment—no high-intensity circuits or rushed workouts.
This workshop is for adults 30+ who want to train smarter, build real strength, and develop skills that carry over into everyday life.
